This thread will begin about my squareback which is really a tiny station wagon. Thought a new thread, or at least a repeat of an old one I don&#039;t know about, might get some interest in our VW&#039;s of the past.</span><br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[I haven&#039;t really seen a lot of wagons around my home town. There are a handful of &#039;90&#039;s GM B-Bodies in various stages of repair and not a lot else. I was pleased to pull into a parking lot on my way to a customer&#039;s office yesterday and see this a couple of spots over. It looks like someone is using it as a work truck as the wayback was full of lumber and tool boxes. I had to snap a pic and left the owner a business card with a note to come and visit us here. It&#039;s a Daihatsu MOVE with an 850 cc engine which is about as long as a sewing machine and even sort of sounds like one. The car is light and economical. <br />
The radio is the only option that I can see. And it doesen&#039;t look original. Nowadays, you can&#039;t get a small car without A/C, power- steering and door locks. This has none of that. Which is exactly what I wanted. It even has a normal fan belt and only one.<br />

Haven&#039;t been on the forum as often as the past, cause<br />
I am closing all 3 of my Sears Hometown stores, contracts are up and not signing on for another 5 years.  after 47 years in retail I am bailing out!  but in the meantime it has been an absolute sh-- storm.  past 5 days have done a months worth of business (good but the work and effort involved is incredible)<br />
