I went to Wooly's Off Road Park to ride my motorcycle today. After riding, I decided to take my Eagle on some trails. There aren't many I can take, because most are geared towards more radical rigs.

EF, how is that spare tire carrier working out? Back in the 80's I used to do alot of off roading in the Pine Barrens of New Jersey in a Bronco II. It had the outside spare tire carrier off of the liftgate and it was a piece of garbage. Obviously, when off the road, the truck is going up and down alot, in and out of ruts, potholes, puddles etc and the carrier was of such poor design, it would almost always break. They say a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and such was the case was this. It was one little fiberglass component that consistently would crack. I eventually wound up taking the spare off and having it bounce around in the cargo area whenever I'd go into the woods.

It would be nice to have a bike that was a little lighter in the technical woods stuff but I manage OK. An electric start would be nice too. :D

    What he said. KLX650R

Thanks. I was supposed to work Sunday, but the boss said lets take the day off since we had several unproductive days in a row.

Being divorced for a couple years and with no new lady friends yet, I was going insane. I needed an outlet. (y)
I thought about lights but don't want to drill any holes in the roof for the wires.

I haven't had any problems yet. It's all steel. I inspect often for cracks and haven't found any yet.

My aching bones would disagree about the teenager comment.
