All of a sudden I have to log back in every time I visit the site. On my phone I stay logged in but not on my computer. what's up with that?
It might depend on your browser or even operating system (OS). Don't phones usually run on Android? Try this browser on your PC and then click to stay logged in: www.brave.com
If your link to the forums got "messed up" some way and are pointing to "http://www.signforums.com/forums", it will not hold a persistent connection since it is not secure. Make sure the URL for your shortcut is "https://www.signforums.com/forums" and it should keep you logged in. Hope this helps.
Recently I haven't been able to log in hardly at all. I put in my info and I get the spinning circle of contemplation and it takes me back to the log in. Doesn't matter what browser I use. And usually if I do get logged in, it eventually has a system cramp of some sort and logs me out. So, I've been mostly an observer for a while now.
I have had similar issues where I just can't get logged in. But the next day I don't seem to have any issues.
I have "stay logged in" set and I always keep a browser tab open to the forum. I have not been "logged out" in as long as I can remember. I have not seen any issue like this. Past few weeks, I have had some issues with refreshing the page. The trouble logging in may actually be a connection issue with the forum. The host server may be having some issues. I always view the forum from the Recent Posts link and refresh the page every day.
