Where all the jack parts go for 74 Buick Wagon

Hey guys, I have been detailing and cleaning my wagon and I have found all the jack pieces, bolts, jack, base and so forth. However I can not see how it all goes back together in the spare tire hole. I have searched for pictures but have not found any on the internet. Does anyone have some? I have looked at the decal on the cover but it does not explain very much to me. Thanks for any and all help
