Water-fuelled cars illegal in 48 states?!

    If it's never been done successfully, why would 48 states legislate against it? A guy posted that in a thread discussing whether to tell people or not about his experiments. My jaw dropped. :disagree:

    Anyone heard of that?

    That's what I'd like to know too. How can you make something illegal if it doesn't exist?

    Imagine a caveman make machine-guns illegal. :D
