I have a friend that has a Wagoneer with woodgrain. It apparently had one spot of rust on it and he was asking me how to repair a baseball size area that is bad in the woodgrain, but the rest is good.

Other than replacing the entire woodgrain, are there any other methods?

    Thanks,

You may be able to find someone that does Faux painting. Also some of the airbrush artists can do it.

What he said. It may be a lot cheaper that getting a new one.
