Roll over the Model List to select what decade and go from there. Then check out his Wagon Links menu! Neat! http://www.lastsummer.com/wagon/list60.html
You'd think I'd be into models with 6 months of -10F weather, but I figure the model builders need an audience too... That's my story and I'm sticking to it! Glad you can use it.
WOW! I built tons of models as a kid and would spend hours looking at the vast displays, hoping against all hope that I would one day find a 64 Plymouth wagon kit. Now I have! Amazing. Now I have to find out if I can buy one without refinancing the house.
Orthman , currently , only a 1966 Plymouth Valiant wagon is being produdes as a Resin conversion kit . Epoxy resin can be nice but you have to do a clean up as these kits are produced in Rubber molds and they require that you use epoxy or Cynoaccranate glue to adhere pieces to them . I'll be happy to assist you as I do some pieces myself . The company that does the Valiant kits is called Moror City resin Casters . The guy wo owns the company posts regularly on the Model Cars Magazine forum . Ed Shaver
You guys sound like die-hard modellers! Here's something you might need something along the line: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=144695&showall=1 http://www.backyardmetalcasting.com/
Thanks for the offer. I'm looking for a 64 full size wagon kit though, not a Valiant. (Fury/Savoy/Belvedere.) I saw the 64 Plymouth wagon on the site, so that got me excited. I have no experience with Epoxy resin kits.
resin model wagons im motor city resin casters, and i cast a 68 fury l wagon and a 72 torino wagon. i just bought a real 63 valiant wagon and will be casting it as well as the other a body wagons
WOOHOO, I want that caprice:2_thumbs_up_-_anima. Just wish I did not have to bye another caprice to finish it.
No 80s Custom Cruiser ... But I can be reunited with my 89 Taurus wagon! I can't wait to gouge out chunks from the bottom edge of the liftgate with a screwdriver and paint the holes rusty!!
Confused...I do not build models but I saw your post... those are NOT for sale... They are some guy's database of models". It says, anyway.
Well....trans....you are looking in the memorabilia/toys section. Doubt you will find many drivers there.
When I was resin casting, I did a very nice 1958 Nomad 4 door wagon. I wonder how many of those are still around. I don't think I even sved one for myself. I also did a copy of the rare Aurora Mod Squad 49 Mercury Wagon.
