I love this car, so is it based on the Dodge or the Chrysler? I'd love to get the story on the conversion.
CustomCruiser, that is no conversion. That is a factory job as far as I know. All the MOPAR wagons used the same body shells, with the different quarters welded on. The variety of wheel bases came from using the different, brand specific, front sub-frames and sheet metal. When new, the Fury wagon would have been very rare, as the purchase price would have been encroaching on Dodge territory. Given the way most wagons got used, and used up as second- and third-hand cars, not many would be left of the rarer wagons.
