hi ya'll i stumbled across this site and figured i would stop in.. i am a retired mechanic been around cars all of my life. i ran a garage and auto salvage in south missouri for 29 years.. thru that time i have saved about 200 old cars (about a dozen old wagons) ...now i just sell vintage parts and go to car shows and swap meets. i have just strarted another project, a 64 olds f85 wagon, this is for my daughter so i will be taking my time.. maybe if some of ya'll are close to the missouri-arkansas border we can get to know each other.. or if smeone needs parts for pre 70 cars i may have some.

Welcome Whiskey runner. Nice to see you on this site too. Hope the weather breaks so you can start on that Olds and get to the rest of that 66 Malibu Wagon rear window trim you and I have been talking about. Look forward to hearing from you again.

We used to love Roaring River St Park, Table Rock, and everyplace else up that way. A coworker had 40 acres off WW on W where we also stayed a lot. Had a lot of good times boating in Party Cove.

Thanks! You're right - the scoop is off of a Torino GT. So are you still working on the Hearse? I checked out your pics - very cool!

..i thought that scoop looked familiar.. but hard to say though because i havent had that 69gt torino since 1974 when i got out of the air force..... no i dont have the hearse anymore.. once i had the car almost ready to drive a guy made me a offer i could not refuse.. i think it is in Finland now if i heard right.. but thats ok i dont have a lack of projects in the shop for sure.. some say that i have a disease called project-overwelmnation.. ha ha ha ha
