Rim and tire size for 59 Ford wagon

    I'm looking for info on the largest tire and widest rim I can install on my 59 Ford wagon. I have a 351 Windsor and an AOD trans in it. Need more tire on the ground. Any info is appreciated. Thanks

    When I had mine, I had 8" chrome reverse rims on it. I would guess it depends on the backset of the rim to get max width.
