    Ja. Das ist wahr.

One of the fellows who works for us is a fellow motor head. He helped out immensely on the Ranchito project.
He has volunteered to bring the engine and the engine compartment up to snuff with the rest of the car.

In the next few days I will have the car out again. I'll take some photos of the under hood situation and share it in all of it's glory.

Too bad you didn't yard it and the trans, in order to clean everything up. I'll be pulling Babe's engine and trans in the next couple days, and my niece and her hubby have a 3KPSI pressure washer I'll be using to clean both the drivetrain and the underhood area.

His isn't as much dirty as scaly.
From here, it looks like he's got manual brakes. But, the hydraulic pump is there for the new steering gear. So is a new belt, vacuum wipers and a modern clutch fan

Actually Andrew, that is lookin like the plan. Pull the engine and trans and give everything the once over. At this point I'm not certain when that is going to happen though.

I think, all of us have said the same, at one point or another. Speaking of that, let's go see how far Grizz has gotten, already

The radiator has a number of pin holes in it, so that will have to come out before any serious cruising.

Can you still get a new core for it?

Should be able to. We have a local shop that does all of our radiator work. I called them to inquire about it. They said it sounds simple enough, we just need to bring it down to them so they can see it first hand.

Yes, it was a beautiful day.
No, haven't gotten the wheels back from the powder coaters yet. The new tires are in, so as soon as the wheels are done it'll be a quick turn around. Hoping they will be done today or tomorrow.

That engine compartment looks honest and normal. Seems well taken care of.
If it were mine I simply clean it and just keep driving.
Pulling the engine may reveal or create other problems.

Check your tail shaft and rearend seals if they have not been replaced yet.
