I stumbled across this in my image archives and realized that today was the memorial date. Miss you much my friend. Its hard to forget his epic cross country journey to bring this baby home. Some new friends met along the way.
I at least got to talk to him on the phone - nice guy and a real character. Helped me out A LOT when I was buying the Safari in Wisconsin. And I didn't know at the time that he was dying. I wish I hadn't asked him to help me.
I had a few computer tech support phone calls with Mike beyond his ongoing banter here on the forum. He was one of the most charismatic individuals I have ever met. Don't feel bad, Marshall. Mike was passionate about wagons and helping others. Those were some of his last acts among us.
