    All the guy knew was it was a '48 or '49 Ford, bought new by his wife's great grandfather. Another example of a vehicle handed down through the family generations.

    That tractor, you could see up close that it was well-used, but well-cared-for.

    Good luck trying to do a coverall today. Although the kid with that card was gonna be hard pressed to find a Cadillac station wagon. That is really cool. No wonder kids in the ‘50’s and ‘60’s had good car knowledge, especially playing this on a long road trip.

    I love the old British Pathe videos ... they show a similar gadget from the UK in the 1950's

    I cant see those small roller-skate wheels standing up for very long .... but who cares .... the whole purpose was to make money by selling a bunch of them .
