Dad and I took the Roadmaster Wagon and the '82 Z28 to the Pistons on the Square meet in Georgetown Saturday morning. This is kind of a unique meet, happens once a month, and it's an EARLY meet....folks get there around 7:30am and are leaving by 10am. The huge Del Webb Sun City Texas retirement community is just outside of Georgetown, and many of these folks live there. It's kinda nice because these folks have cars that are not often at the normal HUGE Austin Area Cars and Coffee meets. They also are REALLY friendly, and love to talk and tell car stories. It's a smaller, quieter, more laid-back meet, and the location on the town square in downtown Georgetown is both pretty and neat with lots of little coffee shops for breakfast with outdoor covered porch patios to sit and visit watch the cars come and go. The earlybird really does get the worm with this show! Great weather, nice folks and REALLY nice cars (and most folks like the wagon more than the Camaro here, ha!). Enjoy the Pics! Early morning Saturday, chasing Dad, me in the Roady and him in the brown Z28, passing the Round Rock sign on I-35 Arriving at Georgetown...my eyes are not fully open yet..chasing Dad!

Cool I didn't know they did anything like that in Georgetown, I'll have to check it out sometime. Maybe we could meet up at one of the local shows, but you'd have to bring me one of those famous Round Rock donuts.
