Had to hit the ole Pick-N-Pull for a rear wiper motor for the "Black Plague"
(my '01 blazer). Saw these whales sitting in the junkyard and just wanted to take some pics with my phone. hope i didn't make anyone shed any tears. lol

I saw a really good condition 95 Caprice wagon at the same place a little less than a year ago, right after cash for clunkers with 55,000 miles on the odo. I couldn't believe it.

What a shame. It really is. The only thing we can be thankful for is that these are still around and can be used as parts cars. They're making the "ultimate sacrifice"!!

You're right Snooter. No whales should be drydocked like that.;)

I hate to see this, too. OTOH, body parts are no longer available so these cars have made a necessary contribution to us B Body owners. As you can see, the B Body guys are thankful to have found these cars.

If you ever see a really nice '96 DCM steering wheel let me know.
We don't have any of these cars in the yards around here.

What year is that, Andy....I ask because I know they changed the interior maroon color to Dark Maple from whatever it was called before. 2 different colors. I don't know, however, if both these interior colors appeared in the DCM cars.
