Just because of my impulsive character, I guess, I just placed a bid on a 1964 Ford Galaxie Country Sedan with a 390. It has airco and LPG conversion, it is just a bit rusty. Red interior. The guy says it is not rotted, just some new paint. I will see that when it comes that far, just wait to see what will happen!

    Always loved the 64's

I'm a GM man first, but I've always loved the fords of the 60's (Thank my Granfather for that,RIP) He always was a ford man, although he wasn't a wagon type...LOL
The 64 is, to me, one of the best looking vehicles out there. The only thing better would've been the woodie trim!
    Good Luck!!!

Thanks for all the support! It is for sale on a non-binding auction site. I placed a pretty low bid (it was advertised as to be negotiated). The market in these cars have really fallen lately here in Holland, and of course the first to be hit are the private sellers, as this one. I guess traders have to go down to, as I see cars for sale that were there half a year ago as well, but they are still holding on to their prices, probably because of their own purchase costs.
I just wait and see what happens (other bids etc). Next week I will contact the guy to see what he thinks.

Thanks for the offer, Rev. If the deal comes through, I might take you up on your offer, as I guess parts will be hard to find over here. I really have to contain myself, as I slowly start to make plans for the car, while I don't have it and never seen it live!
