Hello, all. My name is Trevor, but you can call me Rusty. I love long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and Barry Manilow... :49:

    OOPS wrong forum, sorry. :banghead3:

Actually, I love long drives through the country, dinner by dashboard light, and George Thorogood. (y)

Glad to be here, and thanks to the staff for making this forum, and keeping it running. My first car, and the car I learned to drive in, was a wagon. It was a 94 Olds Cutlass Cruiser. Nothing spectacular, but it was MINE! Over 5 years ago, I traded for my 2003 Taurus sedan, and while I love this car, and it has been extremely reliable, I still long for my old(ish) wagon. I actually hope to find a 60 Edsel Villager to restore, but that's a long way off. Anyway, I'll stop boring you all now. See you on the forums! :2_thumbs_up_-_anima

Thanks, Mike. And as you will soon find out, plenty of madness comes from my mind!

And in case you are doubtful, I am planning to convert a Ford Escort into a field mower. So keep that in mind

His name's Trevor, but you can call him 'Rusty' (or Dented Fenders - and we see why)

He likes wagons, but owns a C-Dan (for now)

He lives in Dallastown, PA (or is that Penntown, Texas?)

He listens to George Thorogood.....and Barry Manilow

    And he's looking fo a '60 Edsel.

    You need a shrink, dude.

    J/K!

Welcome to the forum! Good intro!

I don't know what the C-Dan references to, but I did go to the shrink, and he ended up in an institution after talking to me :biglaugh:

I grew up with a sister who LOVED Barry Manilow, as a result I wake up about 3 times a week with "Through the rain" coursing through my brain. Try to sell parts with that in the background...:banghead3:

Yes, but there wasn't a wagon available on the lot when I was there to find a car. Got mine for a STEAL back in '06, and got way too much money for my Olds as a trade. The Taurus was on the lot, red-tagged, bottom line price for 11 grand. I told them that I wanted it for 10. They did it. Then I got around $900 on trade for the Cutlass, which was primered black, totally destroyed (as a teenager will do) and barely running, worth about $250. Suprise suprise, the rookie salesman I dealt with was no longer working for the dealership about 3 months after our deal. :slap:
