    Welcome Mike!
Glad to see another 390FE on the page.
Love the patina on that baby.

Mercman, thanks for the comment. Just started some work on her today before i went to work. All i need is fluids, carburetor and the radiator rebuilt and she will be good to go. Nice hearing about your 59 colony park, those are beauties too

I agree. Very impressive condition for a car of that age.

Welcome! My 1st Car was a wagon (72' Colony Park). Got it from my Mum. I had grown up in Detroit & 6 winters had pretty much rusted her away (The wagon, not Mum...)

Loved those '72 Colony Parks.... we had a red one growing up..... It was an accident magnet. That poor car got hit 4 times.... all repaired.. still looked good when we traded it on a Creme '76. Are you still in the Detroit area? Love the Woodward cruise!

DUDE! I am 23, and my first car was a 1963 Mercury Monterey. Not a wagon, but a 2-door hardtop. The thing looked like Swiss cheese and had one foot in the grave when I got it. Didn’t even have seats inside...
I did so much research, so many junkyard expeditions, tracked down so many parts for that thing. If you’ve ever got questions about wiring, drivetrain, brakes, or galaxie-interchangeable parts, I’ve probably encountered the same questions as you. Here’s a photo of her finished. Sorry again it’s not the wagon, but the similar story was too great not to pass up.
