    funny thing about it is several yrs ago they were saying the wagon was dead, and the crossover was the hot thing. but people like us kept the station wagon alive. long live the real station wagons

    Key take-away there...

    Wagon sales are increasing because SUVs are killing cars. Wagons basically being carlike SUVs means people who like cars will gravitate towards them as fewer conventional cars are available.
