Thanks for the great info on this forum. I've been trolling it for a while but have not been an active poster. I have been an old car and station wagon guy childhood (got it from my Dad). Wagons from my past and present: Wagons my Dad owned: 1964 Ford Country Sedan (Dad bought it new in '64). Teal with a white top, 352 V8 with Mark IV add-on A/C (more like a refrigeration unit for the front seat passengers). 1977 Ford LTD. Green, 460 V8, drank fuel like a drunken sailor. 1987 Ford Crown Victoria. Gray w/ red vinyl interior (special ordered by my Dad). I inherited it last year when my Dad passed but it was totaled about a month ago in an unfortunate accident. My wagons: 1973 Pontiac Grand Safari. wood grain, 455, 3-seat, clam shell tailgate, looked like new. Sold it about 10 years ago. I should have kept it. Sweet ride. 1987 Buick Estate Wagon. White with wood grain, 305, leather, etc. Was a great family car. Wife didn't care for it so it was sold. 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T. Red, Hemi, roof rack, etc. Bought new and it's still my dialer driver. Love this car. 1977 Pontiac Grand Safari. Green/tan. Just bought it. Haven't taken delivery yet. I also currently have a '78 Trans Am (black/black) and a 1974 260Z that I'm restoring but hope to do a wagon once these are completed (which may be a while at my current pace). MD
Welcome, I work in Madison. Do you go to any of the shows or cruise ins? There's a decent one on the first Wednesday of the month, but you probably already know that. https://www.facebook.com/events/873859839320121/
Welcome Welcome old guy. Glad you decided to let us know you are snooping. We stop at the I-65 351mm often when traveling. Love the BBQ joint and Kwacker Barrel. When you can add some pictures. Son once had a 240Z.
