How's it going?....New to SWF....Big time wagon fan. I have been hunting a 61 Ford 2dr wagon for years...No luck so far. Either too expensive, too ruff, or too far away...Looking forward to getting to know some other wagon fans.

There was a 2-door wagon in 1961? Or are you talking about a Falcon wagon? I thought that the last 2-door full size Ford wagons were in 1959.

Good luck in your quest. I saw these two in the Ford show at Carlisle last June.

Welcome Low, I'm sure we'll all keep our eyes out for you.
I'm a bit of a die cast model collector; one of my favorites is the Franklin MInt, (it might be Danbury, but pretty sure it was Franklin), 1961 Squire in green.

Thanks Jairus for posting my pics...I am sure it will not be easy to find a 2dr for sale that I can afford....so I might have to settle for a 4dr....

When I was a kid, I remember we found a neighbor's white 61 Ford 2 door Ranch wagon in the middle of our front yard one morning. We lived on a long steep hill, in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC, and one day the car rolled out of the neighbor's driveway, and down the hill, and ended up in out front yard. This would have been about 1966, as it wasn't long after that, when the neighbor traded in the 61 for a new white 66 Country Squire wagon.

    Welcome, LowFoMoCo!

    Good quest you're on.....
Iffin' I was you though, I would broaden my search to include the '60 2-doors. They've got a unique look all their own......
