Moving along nicely. At this rate you should definitely make your deadline. Thanks for the update.

Your top picture is at the same stage as my car. I'm hoping for a run of good weather, above 70 degrees and dry, so I can work on it again. I have to do everything outside because the car is in a portable garage with practically no working room.

I really have to give credit to the guy doing the work. There is no way in hell that if I went with my first quote at the local body shop that they would have done any repairs, just shoot the color and go. The guy painting it now does the job RIGHT, and I really appreciate that. He just told me the other day he needs an extra $2500 for the job, and I gave it to him no questions asked. After seeing all the hidden repairs he's made, its well worth it. Shame that this is probably the last car he'll paint like this. Finding a good painter near me is way tougher than it should be

Only took me 3 months, and 4 different glass companies until I found one for this car. Had to drive 3 hours to a small glass place in the blue ridge mountains. They had it the very next day. Everyone else quoted me 2 weeks, and ultimately never did deliver.

To my surprise, the windshield frame is almost perfcet!
