Another reason I hate Hubcaps. On my way home from work tonight, I pull into a gas station to fill up Moby the white whale, and see that my right passenger hubcap is gone.

This was no Walmart piece of crap wither, it was a Ford F150/Econoline hubcap that I had to beat on with a rubber mallet. So now I either need to toss the other 3 or spend big bucks and hunt down another somewhere. Stupid Hubcaps!

What Size hub cap? I might be able to find one at Pull A Part Cheap. What year?

Price would run about $4.00+ tax and shipping.

15", they came off a mid 80's Econoline.

Thanks Mighty OTR. If you find one, LMK the cost before you buy, things are kinda tight right now because of Christmas and I might even end up finding it on my way to work on Monday, never know, it is supposed to thaw out and rain this weekend here.

I want them, they will make Moby look original, since I plan to do nothing with it but use it as a driver anyway. Thanks for doin this Yuk, you are a real stand up guy!

    Merry Christmas my friend.

LMAO Yuk! I will bet that I have installed more hubcaps then just about 10 members here all added up. I worked several years in a tire shop, the only one within 40 miles, so we did just about every local persons in the surrounding aea. Though I will admit, I was never fond of caps, I prefer the non stock look to my junk. The FORD ones just do not fit my Chevy wheels properly and will not seat fully onto the wheel, they are a good 1/4" from seating totally the entire way around the wheel. :banghead3: It was those or the Walmart junk that was on the car, and those would pull off with a tug from one finger through one of the holes in the cap.So if you could, send all 5, lord knows I just might lose one eventually. :49:

Hey, that just ain't right! Be it true or not.

Nah, I got into the hauling Amish biz for 3 years, 2 vans later, I decided that Amish are worse then Jews when it comes to paying their taxi fair without trying to barter on the already discounted price.
