Received a catalog in the mail today from American Excellence. Among the upcoming releases of 1/18 scale cars, is a Buick Estate wagon. Its identified as a 74, but appears to be a 73. I believe this will be a resin replica with no opening features rather than a die-cast model, and will not have a detailed chassis. But if other 1/18 scale BoS models are any indication, it will look great. BoS 2.jpg

The page says 'diecast,' so I can only hope the Ranchero is not resin-cast, whether anything opens or not.

Oh yeah. I'm liking that Ranchero. However, I'm assuming they'll be $100+, so I doubt I'll be getting one any time soon.

    The Buick Estate looks nice.
I'm still waiting for someone to make a 64 Plymouth wagon.
At this rate, I'll probly be waiting a loooooong time.
