Happy Thanksgiving to all my fellow Canadians out there who are enjoying the holiday and the rest of you...HAPPY SUNDAY. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Qq1IPCMsUE&feature=related Have fun with your turkeys guys
It seems most of the turkeys in the USA seem to gather in our nations capital .... is this occurence common in Canada also??
Although there seems to be an abundance of turkeys in our nation capital, we actually have an equal amount in our capitol cities in just about every province. I was under the impression that turkeys liked corn but I'm begin to think it's actually bull that really gets them excited.
Be thankful, eat (more than) your fill, and be sure to keep the doors closed! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cFHAJ5asMk&feature=related
Oh great....now we are going to do the mouth watering food discussion again this year. We bachelors have to sit and hear our stomachs growl while listening to all the great recipes and seeing all the pix of dinner tables filled with succulent Thanksgiving dishes. Well.....anyway.....happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends!
Well if it's any conselation, all we had was a simple pot roast in the slow cooker...... Just 4 of us this year, Honey, daughter, and our as we call her "our step Grandma" who doesn't have any more family in Canada.
Hope you had a great time, Fat! I remember last year, I think it was, when you and others wrote about all your succulent dinners. I got so hungry I started gnawing on my arm like those coyote ugly mornings!
She could if she were a real Canadian woman. And she probably made her own clothes from recycled cloth, too. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4176014 ^^Cranberry relish.^^
Crack me up Tedy. You're absolutely right and look how's she's smiling. If she really was lifting it like that, she'd have a struggling grimace on her face. 2 seconds after they shot the picture, she probably dropped it and spilled the whole thing all over the table.
