The power rear window quit working on my '68 Country Sedan. I've narrowed it down to the window safety relay. Digging through my old Echlin catalog I see some stater relays that may work, but before I start trying to adapt something I was wondering if any of you have ever found a factory style replacement. In working on quite a few surburban tailgates, there's a 'safety switch' that must be fully engaged, before the window will work. Found a piece of vacuum hose on the lever will usually take it past a 'dead spot'. Don't know if that'll help in your application, though. And, Radio Shack has a good assortment of relays.
