I have a 1958 Mercury Voyager 2 door wagon that was seen on here a few years back and was in bad need of a restoration. I'm glad to say that it's almost done. I'm hoping to have it back on the road this summer after 5 long years. I'm glad I found this site and look forward to seeing everyone's wagons. Thanks.
Welcome aboard! I'm in Washington too, but on the dry side. Your car looks great! I'd love to hear more about it. You should start a thread on the resurrection of this classic on the build thread.
Wow! Cool car. Welcome aboard! Now let’s get serious. Looks like you’ve done a lot so far. I want to see pictures. More pictures of it when you got it, pictures of the interior, engine, and paint. Go ahead. We’re all chomping at the bit.
I'm up in Everett, and I agree, you need to start a build thread, show us all the progress of this wagon's restoration.
Welcome, Voyager! That's a great project there, and will have a lot of interest. PLEASE start a project thread.......HERE: http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/forums/station-wagon-projects.32/
Voyager , I am aware of one less than an hours drive from where I live sitting under a Tree and the owners will do it up one day . from Downunder
Very cool score. Welcome to the forum and thanks for sharing pics of your progress. In a local old car junkyard outside of town. there was a '57 Mercury 2-dr Commuter wagon. It looked a bit rough, but it wasn't there much longer...someone obviously scooped it up. I hope it got saved and not become a lawn ornament.
