I have a 1958 Ford Del Rio with a FE 390 and 4-spee d. I love wagons and I hope I can contribute to the forum
Welcome to the forums DrDragon! Nice looking wagon you have there. Where do you hail from? I live about 85 miles due south of Buffalo. Again welcome and enjoy your stay on the forums....Longroofs Rule!
Welcome. If I remember correctly that is a base trim level. Doing that up with a 390 and 4 on the floor is totally boss. P.S. You can probably guess the year I graduated from High School from that phrase.
welcome to the group! I am also from Ohio (Columbus ) and my daughter lives in Avon lake (close to you) - Nice wagon - I will keep an eye out for you at the local car shows. I will be at the show in Avon June 15th.
Not a Ford person but, DAMN! That has to be one bad @$$ longroof ! With the 390 and double quads! How does that go down the road?....FAST!....Longroofs Rule!
This car is featured in a 14 part youtube series by "thejeeptjguy" Search 1958 ford two door ranch wagon Hot Rod. The car was from CA and spent 30+ years in a garage in MA. The jeep guy did a lot of work to it and a gentleman in NV bought it but had too many cars so I brought it to Ohio. I'm going to make a youtube channel to show what I've done and will do over time.
Nice wagon. Welcome to the Forum. ‘58 Fords are so interesting and so rare compared to ‘57 and ‘59’s.
Welcome aboard. Very nice looking wagon you have there. I like the choice of the 390 as motivation. I'm trying to remember, does the Del Rio have the 57 tailights?
