    Appears to me to have the greenhouse of a W114 Mercedes sedan, but it's a wagon, which there never was one from the factory. Here's a W114 turned into an ambulance:

    This body was the 'small' Mercedes sold as the 220/220D or 250 model back in the mid to late 60's.

    Thing is, the flares over the wheel arches, as well as the entire front end are copied from the 300SL sports car line, or even the smaller and later 190SL line:

    EDIT:
    Took another look at it. I was wrong. It's actually a mid 80's wagon, like a 300D, like this:

    It's been highly altered, though. Even the outer door skins were modified.

    Krash is right the roof rack and the mirrors elude to a newer 80's 300 wagon with an older 190 front end and wheel well upper accents added, and done very well at that. One of a kind for sure.
