    IC you have had no replies. Have you fixed the problem?
    If not, maybe I can help, although I don't have that model car
    IF I remember that magic tailgate always the gate to fold down, or open like a door, with the window
    up..
    You saying that you can't get the tailgate to go down, is that correct.. is the window up?
    you also are saying you can not get the access panel open is that correct?
