Will anyone be willing to tell me the easiest way to wire up a dome light with reading lights on my our 78 Electra Wagon project car? The car has the plain round dome light that comes on when you open the doors. I snagged this optional dome with map lights and now am not sure how to wire this in. I SHOULD have looked at how it was wired in the car I removed it from....

That looks exactly like the one in my cp. I think it was just hot to hot, neutral to neutral, and then it grounds it's self out on one of the screws that fasten it. If you can't get a clearer answer I'll go out there and check it out for ya. Damn this humidity!!!

Yeah, the screws that hold the old light should hold the new light. BTW, when using the map light or lights for an extended time, make darned sure you do not touch the metal--it has a better than even chance to burn you.
