Does anyone here watch Inside West Coast Customs? It's a show on HD theater now known as velocity hd. Anyway, they had an episode last night where they did a custom corvette for pop star will i am. He gave them a photoshop of what he wanted and it looked like it would have wide whitewall tires. What he actually wanted was part of the wheel to look like it was a whitewall. I personally want wide whitewalls for my cars but i also like big wheels. This would work well as I'd get my big wheel along with a wide ww. I checked out the website for the wheel company and they don't have them. I'm assuming they're a one off but hopefully they'll make more. I emailed to see if that could happen but i'm sure the price will make me put it on my wish list? Has anybody seen something similar that is out there now?

West Coast Customs is the original shop from MTV's Pimp My Ride. There's a wagon they did for a nascar driver. I'll try to find pics and post those too.

I don't care for the steering wheel either. They've been doing alot of old + new builds to marry the styling of old with performance and comfort of new. For the corvette, they had a new corvette (c3 i think) chassis built and put the interior of an 08 along with a new corvette engine.

They are custom wheels. In the episode you see them being made and the whitewall part screws onto the spokes. Look at the close up and you'll see.
