I ran a Hillborn injection system on my small block, straight axle 51 Chevy back in the 70s. But, that was just for racing. It was cool but a monster to dial in. I'm on Dale's side with this one. That item is beautifully made and just the shiny bling for the deep pockets kind of guy wanting to impress. For me... I just want my life simple and have no plans to impress anyone!

I was in the shop, dialing in the carb'd 302 inch motor on the dyno. I had a bad thermocouple on the EGT for the #7 cylinder. The little 302 pulled well up to 417 hp then my big girl panties got sucked up into the carb. As soon as my big girl panties left me, I thought of you. You're right. "The injector thing" is cooler than anything that I could have ever imagined. "admit it looks good" OMG, yes, it does!!!. It looks great!!. If I am reading it right, it is a cover to make your 4 bbl look like fuel injection, but doe not have any real function. If I am wrong, I'm sorry. If I am right, it is for looks only. Of course, if you like the look of the tubes poking through your hood, more power to you. My preference is for the Q-ship, that gives no hint at all that something special is lurking under my hood.
It does look cool, that's for sure but I just don't see the point myself. dressing up a engine with chrome etc is one thing but I'm shure the cost of this is....... best spend the dress up $ on chrome, or maybe some plastic spinner hub caps
