Catching up with wagon changes

    Hi folks, last fall I had the wagon woodgrained to look similar to a ‘77 Malibu Estate. The woodgrain is Dark Rosewood from stripeman.com and is a faithful reproduction based on a length of original, year-correct Di-Noc. The placement on the body is a little different from the factory look as the woodgrain starts above the level of the door handles and does not extend all the way to the lower body edges/lower door moldings. I prefer this look where the woodgrain is ‘framed’ by the body paint color from below and above.

    This is one of the best 'non-factory' 'wood' I've ever seen.

    This is stunning and absolutely the kind of replacement that you'd do if you didn't want people to suspect it wasn't factory. Very nice work.
