Car is running a 289 at the moment but was originally a 352 and a 3 speed on the column. Previous owner installed a factory automatic (Cruis-o-matic) column. I am running a C-4 in the car now and was curious if anyone out there made a linkage for this application. Re-using the original linkage is flimsy and brittle and recently broke. Any ideas on aftermarket linkage options?

I'm not sure what mine is running - it has a 302 from a 96 Ford Explorer in it, backed by a C4. It has the 2 speed coulmn in it, so the gear indicators do not align right. Anyway, I haven't used anything specifically for a C4, but I did get an aftermarket linkage for my 71 C10 from Kugel Komponents, but I just checked and they don't make one for Ford.

How about one of these from Lokar? Scroll down and you will see it -
