This is a resin body I found on eBay and I'm using a Lindgurg 64 Bevledere it as a donor. My plan is to build it factory stock set up to push/tow dragsters. I'm going with the 426 Max Wedge to make sure there's enough HP to do the job. Here's where I'm at in the build so far I've used arctic blue for the lower section and will be getting a white top on next. I'm going with a blue interior. I have also picked up a dragster to finish out my final display.

    Here are my progress pictures.

Here's today's updates. I sprayed the top white, painted the front grill and wheels and have progress on the chassis I'm using exhaust from the 67 GTX still need some more work on them to get the tail pipes to turn out to the side. Your comments and suggestion are welcome.

    Looks good so far.
R&R got the tailgate correct on the 65 Coronet and Belvedere wagon bodies, but the 63-64 wagon bodies are missing the horizontal crease across the tailgate. I guess its too late to try to add that crease to the body lines.

It's looking great, SRT. The colors look like they're original mopar and I am so impressed what a difference painting the black in the grille makes. So much more realistic looking. I'm sure it was a pain in the neck getting in there with a brush, but it was well worth the effort.

Snooterbuckets the trick is to paint all the parts and then clean off the chrome with a tooth pick before the paint drys.

Jim 68cuda yea I saw that but didn't se a easy fit to it. I'm going to add the chrome trim that goes on the tailgate so it will cover some of it up. Thanks for the info.

No tail lights came with the kit so I'm going to cut down the the tail lights from the donor.

You have a great eye for detail. Do you scrape the chrome off, between the grilles before you paint? This detail really gives the grill definition. (y)

I also like you detail on the door panels. Thanks for the pics.
