REALLY enjoyed the Cars and Coffee meet here in Round Rock yesterday. I brought my 96 Roady Wagon of course, and my friend Laird made his car-show debut with his freshly-painted '76 Caddy Coupe Deville. The Deville was solid underneath, but had significant rust under the Landau top and trim, and all the repairs were made with metal, and it got a beautiful new top installed too. IN ADDITION, my other friend Kurt brought his beautiful '76 Caddy Seville, which amazingly cost $3000 more than the Deville! Had Such fun comparing the cars! Lastly, we had a beautiful 95 DGGM Impala SS show up.

Oh and a bit THANKS to the BADASS New England car club for the t-shirt. I'm proud to represent the Texas chapter of the club! Ha!

The title of the thread sounds like a country song.

At the time, the base sticker price of a '75 Seville ran about $12700+ dollars, the most expensive that model year. I sure do miss mine. It was destroyed in a house fire that burned to the ground about a year and a half after I sold it. It was fully mechanically restored, and the body restored and correctly repainted. All it needed was an interior resto, but alas, it was not to be.

    Thanks for the photos Mike.
Looks like y'all had a good time.
It's hard to believe that those Cadillacs are the same year.

I think I might have a Polaroid of my Seville somewhere. I'll have to look for it.

Imagine all of the cars being burned now in northern California! Every large fire, flood, storm, or hurricane cars are lost, among other material things. Good luck to our west coast members.
