I know what you mean. I have grown to actually like many, many varieties of beer over the past decade or so. But when it comes right down to it, the first beer I actually liked was Coors Light, and I still enjoy it to this day. Besides, a guy could go broke paying for some of the stuff that's on the market today.
Sometimes, the light beers of certain breweries taste better than their regulars. The mother of my kids and her roommate always had a case of this around. All I could find is the label. So, I suspect they aren't brewing it anymore. I can't get it, around here. Otherwise, I'd be drinking it regularly Here are their other sorts, starting with their strongest first, in that order
Gave it up 2 years ago along with coffee. Tummy happier with only an occasional drink of either and only during social events. But my favorites are Deschutes breweries micro brews or Blue Moon with an orange slice.
You see, I live in Yakima, which is the Hop Capitol of America. (Some would even claim of the world, but that is debatable) It was here in 1982 that Bert Grant started what became known as the Microbrewery. That term was around for many years until it recently morphed into Craft beer. https://www.yakimaherald.com/magazi...cle_670d4e54-5794-11e7-8414-97ba2e75a638.html There are so many breweries around here that it's enough to make your head spin. So, it's nearly impossible for me to begin listing the kinds I like, or the kinds that are readily available.
Damn it - Grizz was only talking about the wagon on the can! Now you ya-hoos have me wanting a beer! DAMMIT!
Good for you. Really. I’m trying to cut back. Since Sunday I’ve only had 4 beers and that’s because I ran out of lime flavored seltzer water. Beer and cigarettes. It’s hard with the kids.. they start getting wild and I have to go on the porch crush a beer and hot box a cig just to calm my nerves. They’re getting better though
After downing 12 beers, you were still able to remember not getting raped (so much for deterioration)?
