Can't go wrong with a '57 chevy. Over the last 10 or 12 years my dad and I have restored a few cars, some were projects people lost interest in and only needed minor restoring and 2 were complete restorations. The '55 bel air we still have and my favorite that we kept about 5 years and sold to complete the '55 a '57 210 Del-ray.Did a complete resto in viper red, diamond tucked interior and 375 hp 350. Man of all the cars we did and sold that is the only one I really miss and wish wouldn't have got rid of.

Anyway good luck with it and I may still have a few parts for a '57 in the garage not sure I know I still have a real good hood for sure but looks like everything you have there is in good shape.

Its pretty complete, someone stole the headlight rings
and buckets, and some chrome off the hood and rear fins..
other then that, its a complete car best I can tell.
    and a real 2 dr Nomad :)

    not quite sure yet...
if its the original motor, maybe totally back to stock original
if not, prob a resto-mod project..
...or maybe sell it in a few weeks and put the money towards
    my 70 Z28 :yippee:

Cool wagon. Back in the day I had a 56 Nomad and of course I would love to have it today. The 55,56,& 57 Nomads are really nice.

    thanks, its pretty cool.
Ive been driving by it for the last 2 yrs, sitting in the yard of
a local tow yard near my shop here in Tucson.
Not sure if the vin on the block is suppose to match
that of the door tag, for a car from this era, but they
    dont.
