I even tried J.C. Whitney...but of course the part didn't fit...
    Other places I can try?
    Other models parts will work?

    Thanks!

Do you have an old one to match up? If so,are the metal bits in tact?

Something can be made, if there's an industrial hose company in your vicinity...unless the metal ends are unusable.

Is this with the Olds 307 motor? Four Seasons shows P/N 55070 for the 1977-1984 cars. I don't know what changed for the 1985-1990 cars, but I've found that on-line catalogs are notoriously inaccurate for application listings. As far as I can tell, the A/C compressor, evaporator, condenser, accessory brackets, dimensions, etc, etc are all the same through 1990. RockAuto sells that Four Seasons hose for about $55.

For a 307, the only thing that changed was the angle at which the muffler comes out and interacts with the smog pump. You can use exactly what joe_padavano says (and what I have done) and it will work.

I have the old one but a hole has been worn through it and its on a bend...otherwise it seems to be fine.

    I think it's aluminum.

It's a high pressure hose.....JB Weld couldn't handle the pressure.

You've got a point, there. The color looks indeed aluminum. It can still get taken to get MIG welded

It would be simpler and cheaper to have the elbow cut out, dress and shape the ends, and install a new section of hose. If it ever rubs through the hose, the repair is the same.

Oh, I didn't know it was a high pressure hose. Good point.
