From all I have read the wheel bolt pattern is 4.5 & should be the same as the sedan.

Does anybody know for sure this is correct?

Just want to make sure! :banghead3:

    Thanks Guys

I think they are 4.5, but beware the center hole, as they vary.

Yes the sedans are 4.5", They even fit my Lincoln Contintental. A friend of mine had a 91 LTDcv, and I'm on a search for winter rims for my 90 Lincoln Continental Mark VII. Even though the 5x4.5 bolt pattern fits, the backspacing was way off, and the wheels were sticking out past the edge of the wheel well lips. I think the rims were 1" or 2" wider than the stock rims, but I still didn't like how they sat, and the lock to lock steering clearance of the tires were too close for comfort so I refused them.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm looking at some Town Car lace wheels for the wagon.

I was looking for some Crown Vic turbine wheels but they seem to be hard to come by in excellent condition as most are beat up.

I haven't shopped for whitewall tires in a long time, they're getting hard to find anymore. I think I'm going to get a set of Michelin Symmetry tires with a skinny .05 whitewall. Will probably be the last set I buy for the wagon as it doesn't get driven much anyway. I always had Michelin's and had very good luck with them.

WalMart has the 215/70-15 for $105 each plus mounting & balancing. I wish Michelin had a little bigger Symmetry tire but that is the biggest in 15 inch.

I saw another Country Squire at a car show last weekend with the same tires and it looked damn nice with them. :2_thumbs_up_-_anima

For me I'd like to have 1.5 inch ww tires but they are near impossible to find unless I go to Coker Tire and they are pricey.

But, I buy my tires at the Navy base hear and I will be buying Cooper 205/70-14's for mine. The last time I bought about a year ago for my truck the 215/70-14s were $62 each and no tax.

I've also found that the tread depth is a little deeper with the Coopers. I've had no problem finding ww tires at all but they are all 1" white stripe. I've found that 14s are getting hard to find. I almost always have to order the tire. No instant gratification here.
