I'm sorry, but this ain't "surface rust." Overall, the car doesn't look too bad for the price, but it's going to take more than just a "paint job" to make it shine.
Agreed on the "surface rust" I had forgotten about the odd little 3rd opera window on these models for a couple of years, I always thought it was an strange looking option. I would think 1 larger window would look better than 1 small opera window in front of a larger rear side window,
