    Did a little checking on this.......

    Didn't realize this, but in 1970, Chevy called the 'Malibu' trim level wagon the 'Concours', instead of calling it 'Malibu'..... The top-of-the line wagon with wood grain was called the Concours Estate.

    I paid 10 K for my 1972 in July. Same model, same drivetrain, no rust original paint. If it really is a 49 K mile car it might be worth more but it would have to be in excellent condition. Good luck, they are great driving Wagons!
