Looks nice! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/1963-mercury-monterey-2-door-breezeway.972882/
We've got a '64 for sale here in Eugene. Doesn't look quite as nice as the '63, but not bad...... $3,500 http://eugene.craigslist.org/cto/4985122385.html
My older sisters inlaws had a 63 for about 10 years finally sold it in the mid 70's for gas mileage issues. I always thought the remote mirror control under the dash looked like something from JC Whitney. But it was a great highway cruiser, no A/C but you kept pretty cool with the back window rolled down. I always liked them.
You have to wonder - couldn't the seller have waited for a sunny day to take these pics? It looks like sunset or the onset of a huge thunderstorm here. (Or maybe there are no sunny days in Eugene? ) But - looks like a steal for $3,500.
I actually drove past it the other day as it was out in front of a gas station, with a sign on it. Doesn't look like it's had any 'improvements' or attempt at restoration done on it. Paint didn't look shiny at all. If the seller put some time and a bit of elbow grease into it, I'd bet he could get $5k easy......
