I said in a previous post that I thought these little Fiats were kinda cool-looking. But Holy Crap! $32,900 worth of cool? http://www.ebay.com/itm/252051357479?&_trksid=p2041548.m738
I think I would take exception to the ORIGINAL tires being 'very drivable'...... Then again, this car doesn't get up to the speeds where a blowout would be catastrophic......
Bias-ply tires do not have the propensity to self-destruct with age AND ozone exposure that radial tires do. I'd assume this car has been a well-cared-for, inside-stored vehicle. Drive and enjoy with those tires.
It would be worth $32,900 if it didn't have the damaged front end. Back when tires were made of real rubber they lasted.
Geez, at $32,900 this car looks like a bargain! Here's one with a BIN price of $42,000: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/271954783018?item=271954783018&lgeo=1&vectorid=229466&rmvSB=true and another one - hold on to your hat - for only $89,000. http://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/632146863/overview/?aff=atempest
OK, Cat, here's a more affordable alternative. Only $25,000! But what does he mean by "driveable project"? http://grandrapids.craigslist.org/cto/5136071356.html
