1988 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Classic Coupe for sale on BaT Auctions - ending June 8 (Lot #75,606) | Bring a Trailer Nice color, looks good
Man those ruled the road in Chicago in the late ‘70’s through the ‘80’s. You couldn’t blink without seeing one.
The sad part is they probably only gave the widow $3-4 grand for it. I can just hear the dealer. We’re probably gonna have this on the lot forever. Nobody wants these old American slugs anymore. It is a stunning Car, with the exact right combination.
Does that center console have a tape holder build into it? Because you rarely see stuff like that now but it was around all sorts of places back in the day (my Mark VII had its own version in the console). If it had a few more options and no vinyl top I'd say it was probably the top tier G-body you could hope to own in this year. I actually didn't even realize they still made them in 1988, if I didn't see the rear of the car and I saw that nose I'd probably assume it was a smaller FWD version, since they made it look extremely close to them.
