I never knew such a thing existed, hate to know what the asking price is! Located in Washington DC of Course! The ad could use more pictures of the actual Car, I posted all the verbage and all 4 Pic's posted.

    1985 AMC Eagle Wagon
    Ronald Reagan Inaugural Edition 1-of-50
    Extra fully loaded Limited trim
    Oxford White on tan Leather
    258 i6
    TF998 automatic
    2wheel/4wheel (all wheel) drive
    67,355 miles
    2 registered owners
American Motors build sheet along with clear title and verified mileage
    Original aluminum slot wheels
    Gauge Pack w/Tach
Electronics work down to the radio
Original Factory installed Marchal 750GT fog lights
    Self leveling air suspension

Just pulled from a decade of sleep indoors, this wagon is in unusually good condition. It was daily driven and well maintained. No rust to speak of structurally or otherwise. All fluids were drained prior to storage, all have been changed prior to bringing it back to life.

The paint is average considering age and wear. It's not perfect, a solid 10 foot looker.

The brakes need to be serviced.

The tires need to be changed.

I would recommend an engine service consisting of a tune up, belts, hoses, and waterpump/thermostat.

All of the above mentioned work can be accomplished for under $1000

I can provide better pictures or videos of the vehicle for serious buyers. I can also arrange loading and transport of this vehicle. Should you opt to have it taken to a shop locally, I will provide that service free of charge.

Please call for more info or to arrange an appointment to see it.

One of 50 produced for the Ronald Reagan inauguration ceremony's January 21, 1985... One of 2 known to exist today.

Any and all reasonable cash offers will be entertained

Seems to be in great shape but, except for a having all the options and a plaque glued to the glove box, they weren't much different than other Eagles. Mine was all white with tan interior, but not leather and didn't have the wheels and other little extras. This is what mine looked like when I bought it.

This was probably a Washington D.C. area-only special deal. The dash 'plaque' looks especially cheesy......

No price in the ad. Seller probably thinks it's worth a mint. I don't see it being worth any more than a 'regular' Eagle in similar condition.

hubcaps seem cheap plastic aftermarket and by the design were not even around at time of production. Hopefully he has the original ones.

You're looking at the wrong pics. That is a pic of Eagle Freek's car when he bought it.

I also noticed before seeing Eagles that the door trim is missing but the piece on the front fender is still there..... so was it hit/repaired and or.....?

The funny thing is that most Eagles were made in Brampton, Ontario. Not in the US.

Things were weird back then, like our Canadian only Meteor, last year of production was 1979 and all were built in the USA then exported to Canada.
