Whenever I see one this nice it makes me feel sorry for my heap. I put a lot of work into it but this thing makes my cp look like a parts car
With the exception of the cloth upholstery, this is identical to the '84 Colony Park I owned for all of two weeks back in January, 1989..........
A good ad indeeed. A far cry from the usual grass and potato chip cover floor boards and brake fluid bottles in the back that we’re used to. Well done
Wow! That’s rather high I think. I mean I think it’s a great car, I have one myself, but it’s not one of the “desirables” good for them though.
probably fair price for what it is, remember this: R&M Auction (Sotheby) June 2017 Lot 135 1989 Mercury Grand Marquis LS Colony Park ~ SOLD $9,350 Chassis no. 2MEBM79F6KX619279 $10,000 - $15,000 without Reserve This was Calf/Arizona car with only 23,000 miles - I consider this to be the top price for a mid to late 80's Colony Park Grizz mine is Silver with Red leather - very few were painted Silver & Grizz didn't you pay $700 for yours? I'm sure that if you put another 6 grand into it you wouldn't feel that its a parts car. I paid 5250 for mine a year ago, with bad rust on the lower inside of all doors, I over paid. Have since put another 2 grand into it to have most of the gaskets/seals replaced, starter, solenoid & battery , new shocks etc. so I'm in at $7250 Would be surprised if this car doesn't need some of that work. there are some benefits to buying a low mileage older car, gaskets and seals is not 1 of those
