Claimed 18k miles. Bidding seems overly wild.
$12,501 with 28 bids and the reserve's still not met.
That’s what 18,000 miles and a ‘79’s frog green color gets ya. Nice looking wagon.
Now has a BIN of $16,500.
If that gets to $16,500 man we do own the right cars.
Reserve's met at $15,000.
Wowzer. People are hungry for low mileage originals.
A slip showing the options. It's awful tiny how I have it posted here.
Up to $15k with reserve met.
I guess he thought the extra $116 for the wire wheels on a $10,000 car was wretched excess. People are interesting. Nice options though. I think I would look for a set of wire wheels anyway.
Just goes to show you what's still around. Judging from the Ebersole Pontiac identifier on the tailgate, it's been a local Lebanon PA car its whole life.
It's still surprising to see how high this is going. Looks like the ebayer has a solid rep.
Personally, I would put a set of Pontiac Rally II wheels on it. Or maybe even the cast aluminum wheels.
Yeah. Any of those wheel options would snazz it up. I don’t know how much body side moldings were, but with a paper sided wagon. I would have sprung for those too.
Funny how it looks like it has factory gauges minus the lower right.
That should be the Coolant temp gauge, but I see what you mean about it looking blacked out. They way they have posted the only picture showing the gauges wont copy for me.
Here is what it should look like
But even if it did not have the gauge package, it should not be Black, it should have the temp idiot light in it like below. With it blacked out it makes me suspect the car overheats.
