This is nice, but I'd sure hate that shipping tab from Alberta. I wonder if this is the same car that was in Hemmings a few years back. If not, it's close IIRC.

It does look like it. I'll have to look at old issues and see if i can find it. In BAT description it doesn't say anything about being in HCC. which if it was and i was selling id note that.,

What a beautiful color! And a hardtop to boot!

Those silver wheels are a perfect compliment to that burnt orange(?) color

Heck, I'd go get this one myself. Calgary is only about 125 miles or so north of the border.

'Burnt Orange'? Most definitely is red. Might need to adjust something on your end.......

Not often you see a Newport that's equipped better than a lot of New Yorkers......

I've always wanted to own a true 4-door hardtop. This would be a nice one.......for somebody. Unfortunately, I'm not in a vehicle-buying situation right now. I'd also probably have a issue fitting this one in my depth-challenged garage.

Bummer. Well, that's the way the cookie crumbles sometimes.
    There will always be another.

Many US buyers won’t buy a Canadian car because they don’t understand the import rules. As a result many cars North of the border sell at a substantial discount. The process is actually relatively easy and I’ve found some great deals over the years. This beautiful Chrysler is just another example.

That's good for us risk-takers. Having resided not that far from the border, I still regret never even having thought about looking for cars in Canada, except for when I saw brand new MGs and Austin Minis on a dealer's lot
